Berta Pulse is provided by Rondanini Publishing Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England & Wales, company no. 16548159, registered office 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 6438a, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW. By using Berta Pulse you agree to these terms.
Berta Pulse is a local-first, bring-your-own-key operations and SEO tool that runs on your own machine and connects to your hosting providers using credentials you supply. We provide the software, the playbook library and updates; you remain responsible for your own provider accounts and the actions you take with them.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The Free plan is $0. Pro is offered monthly or annually and may include a trial; the Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period unless required by law. Prices and plan contents may change for new purchases.
Use Berta Pulse only with infrastructure and accounts you are authorised to manage. Do not use it to access systems without permission, to break the law, or to disrupt the service.
Your provider, Git, Search Console and AI keys stay in your local environment — see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for safeguarding them and for any actions performed through them. Playbook steps that change your infrastructure are previewed and only tier-0 steps auto-apply; you confirm anything higher.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any fix or scan result is complete or correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or revenue arising from your use of Berta Pulse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
