2. The data we collect

• Email address — when you start a plan or use the contact form (processed via Brevo).
• Payment details — handled directly by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
• Analytics — anonymous usage data via Google Analytics, only after you consent through the cookie banner.
• Server logs — standard request logs kept by our host (Vercel) for security and reliability.

Your cloud and AI keys stay with you. Berta Pulse is local-first and BYOK: the provider tokens, GitHub/GitLab tokens, Search Console credentials and AI keys you use in the app live in your own environment on your machine. We do not receive, proxy or store them.

3. How and why we use it (lawful bases)

• Consent — analytics cookies and marketing email.
• Contract — to provide and bill a plan you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the service secure and responding to your messages.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Cookiebot to manage consent. Non-essential cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you accept them. You can change your choice any time via the cookie banner.

5. Who we share data with (processors)

Brevo (email), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), Cookiebot (consent management) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only on our instructions.

6. International transfers

Some processors are outside the UK/EEA; where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact and subscriber data while your relationship with us is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email info@rondanini.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
